>>> Product Overview
The XGW-12 series outdoor intelligent box-type switching station adopts an outdoor box-type structure and consists of electrical equipment such as SF6 gas-filled cabinets and DTUs. The ring main unit is a set of high-voltage switchgear housed in a steel metal box or assembled into a modular bay-type ring main power supply unit. Its core components include load switches and circuit breakers, offering advantages such as simple structure, small size, low cost, improved power supply parameters and performance, and enhanced power supply safety. It is widely used in distribution stations and box-type substations in load centers such as urban residential areas, high-rise buildings, large public buildings, factories, and enterprises.
Switching stations are generally designed with two incoming lines and multiple outgoing lines (commonly 4 to 6 outgoing lines). Depending on different requirements, circuit breakers or load switches can be installed on the incoming and outgoing lines. In medium-voltage power grids, switching stations are typically used for the reception and distribution of 10kV power, and are equipped with medium-voltage distribution incoming and outgoing lines, as well as power redistribution devices.
A switching station is a power supply and distribution facility used to receive and distribute electricity. In high-voltage power grids, it is referred to as a switchyard. Its characteristic is that the voltage on the incoming and outgoing sides of the power supply is the same, which is equivalent to an extension of the substation busbar. The power feeders generally use large-section cable lines. It can be used to solve the problem of limited incoming and outgoing line spacing or restricted incoming and outgoing line corridors in substations, and plays a role in power supply support in the region. It is used to distribute and combine load currents, interrupt short-circuit currents and transformer no-load currents, and handle the charging currents of overhead lines and cable lines at a certain distance. It serves as a control and protection device and is an important switching equipment for looped network power supply and terminal power supply.
This product complies with the applicable standards: GB/T 11022-2020 "Common Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards" and GB/T 3906-2006 "3.6kV to 40.5kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear and Controlgear", with a protection level of IP43.
